The repeat pattern is 14 loops and only 6 rows in height. The diagram shows only front (odd) rows, purl (even) rows are knitted with purl loops. When knitting in turns, I recommend adding 5 more loops to the main number of repeats and starting the row with loops before the repeat, ending with the loops after the repeat indicated in the diagram. Neckline and scalloped hem
